By registering an account, playing, or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have accepted the terms and conditions below.
1General Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kyat74 platform ("Platform", "we") and the player using it ("you", "player"). By accessing, registering an account on, or playing on this platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms from that point onward.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. kyat74 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. If you continue to play after changes are published on this page, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.
2Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Restriction
You must be 21+ to play on the kyat74 platform. If an underage player is found, kyat74 may close the account immediately and will not pay out any remaining balance.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may only open one account. If we find that a player has opened two or more accounts, we reserve the right to close those accounts and cancel any rewards.
2.3 Accurate Information
Players must provide accurate and complete personal details when registering. We may close any account opened with false information and refuse to release the funds in it.
2.4 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their account credentials and password secure. You are held responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
3Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
You can deposit on the platform using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. All deposits must be made in Myanmar kyat, with a minimum of 5,000 Ks regardless of the deposit method.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Players may only withdraw to a payment method they personally own. Third-party payment methods are not allowed.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are generally expected to be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Players should be aware that there may be reasons for delays due to verification requirements.
3.4 Financial Verification
kyat74 may request verification of a player's account at the time of withdrawal. We may put on hold any withdrawal that does not meet verification requirements. This is a measure taken for the safety of all players.
4Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus amount, players must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering x25).
- Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, balance 40,000 Ks, wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
- Example — Deposit 620,000 Ks, receive 300,000 Ks bonus, balance 920,000 Ks, wagering requirement 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks
4.2 General Bonus Terms
Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement, expiry period, and game restrictions. These terms will be stated in the bonus announcement. Players should read the terms carefully before claiming a bonus to make sure they can meet the requirements.
4.3 Bonus Refusal
kyat74 has the right to refuse or cancel a bonus for any of the following reasons —
- When a player opens more than one account and requests a bonus again
- When there is suspicion of exploiting the promotion system
- When bonus wagering is carried out in an arbitrage manner
5VIP Levels and Cashback
The kyat74 VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up a level as their play increases.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Cashback is generally credited once a week. Cashback bonuses may have a wagering requirement and this will be stated on the relevant promotions page.
6Play Conduct and Restrictions
6.1 Fair Play
Players must play on the kyat74 platform fairly and transparently. Exploiting software bugs, using bots, or hacking game results may result in account closure and forfeiture of remaining balance.
6.2 Collusion Ban
If players are found to be working together in an attempt to manipulate the platform, we may close the accounts of both players and confiscate any remaining balance.
6.3 Restricted Regions
Players from countries or regions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this platform. Players are responsible for checking whether any legal restrictions apply to them.
7Intellectual Property and Content
All designs, text, graphics, software, and related materials on this platform are the intellectual property of kyat74. Players may not copy, distribute, or share that content with third parties for reproduction without our permission.
Players may only use our platform for personal and lawful purposes. Data scraping or access using automated software tools for commercial purposes is prohibited.
8Limitation of Liability
kyat74 is not responsible for the following —
- Financial losses caused by an unknown third party accessing a player's own account
- Transfer errors caused by incorrect payment data submitted by the player
- Service unavailability due to legal restrictions in the player's location
- Disconnection caused by the player's own network connection
- Force majeure events beyond our control
kyat74 reserves the right to correct any game result affected by a software error on the platform, and is not required to pay out any funds claimed as winnings from such an error.
9Account Suspension and Restrictions
kyat74 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player's account at any time. Reasons include —
- When we determine that these terms have been violated
- Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
- When a player requests to limit their own play (self-exclusion)
- When a legally required order is received
When an account is closed for reasonable cause, any remaining balance will be returned after review. Bonus funds (where wagering requirements have not been met) will not be returned.
10Personal Data Protection
Personal data provided by players is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is protected with SSL encryption technology and we do not sell player data to third parties.

11Responsible Gaming

The player agrees that decisions made by kyat74 are considered to have been made in good faith.
13Amendments to Terms
kyat74 may amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be published on this page, and by continuing to play after any amendment the player is considered to have accepted the updated terms.
